Releases to the Industry
March 11, 2008 MULTI-PLASTICS, INC. INTRODUCES ENVIROSAFE 20DG MULTI-PLASTICS,
INC., with corporate headquarters in Lewis Center, Ohio, introduces an
addition to their EnviroSafe® line of eco-efficient films. The next
generation of envelope window film has been designed to degrade when discarded
into common disposal environments. With the use of catalytic additives,
EWF® 20DG will begin the process of degradation without microbes being
present. This degradation will accelerate when exposed to light, oxygen
or heat, resulting in reduced weight, volume and form. This product shows
Multi-Plastics commitment to the envelope industry by providing envelope
manufacturers with the ability to be socially responsible using an economically
viable product without compromising product performance, processibility
or aesthetic appearance. This product
meets and exceeds the United States Postal Service requirements for gloss
and haze as it pertains to envelope automation and processing equipment.
Multi-Plastics is currently stocking materials in .00115" and .00125"
thicknesses. ### December 10, 2007 MULTI-PLASTICS, INC.
